Pooing Very Frequent At Early Preganancy

I'm approx. 5 weeks pregnant (basing last menstruation period). I have been pooing quite a lot lately. About twice or thrice a day. I used to poo once every two days before being pregnant. Just wondering if there's any issue with me?
