Depends on gynae...I am also subsidised under KKH and managed to get 2 times HL. But that's because I got *serious* illnesses such as stomach flu. Recently I fell, and gynae said that baby was fine. So she only gave me MC.
no, they won't issue HL until you are admitted to hospital.. only issue MC
