Having giddyness non-stop

Hi,im 9weeks and i tend to always feel giddy every single time.What should i do?It will stops when im eating but will feel the giddyness right after i stop biting food in my mouth.

Standby some crackers/light snacks/water with you all the time. If you have no GD issues, then maybe prep some candies with you when you’re outside. If you’re at home, can switch it up with fruits, oats, nuts, yoghurts or milk for a healthier choice.
