Lose appetite, but tummy grumbling.

Hi all! Im 7weeks in. I have lose appetite to eat (only consume folic acid prescribed by gp docter in the morning). I dont have appetite though i know i need to eat. But when i do, i vomit back and then back to tummy grumbling again. Any easy food or fruits strong enough to eat that can withstand for whole day nutrients? Nauseous and faint spells, just able to bed rest. #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #pleasehelp

Nausea is really normal during first trimester. Sorry you feel this way Mummy hopefully it will go away soon. Try eating little but often so you wont have to vomit it.
