Suggestions for Products

Hello! I’m 7 weeks pregnant with my first child. And of course I’m excited so I’d just like to know if there’s any pregnancy items that you swear by or think is good to have. Body care, products, items, anything and everything! Thank you!

For myself, I try to go with gentle products so that they are pregnancy safe. For example, I’m using qv body wash, hada labo lotion for face. Drinks lots of water, eat lots of vege. Eat when you’re craving but moderately to care for your health which has an impact on baby. In early trim, you cannot do pre natal massage yet, but you can when you are in second trim. I started at 20 weeks and it’s been good pampering sessions especially when the body aches come with the growing baby. For baby products, I only started to slowly stock up in mid 2nd trim. Am currently at 26 weeks.

I dont buy expensive stuff for either me or my first child. For baby, Ill buy product like Kodomo, Tollyjoy,Pigeon, Avent Phillips, Pureen. This are affordable, easy to find and my go to product esp in travel kit. However, you can also try Offspring, Cloversoft,7th Generation. Most of the baby's clothes ill purchase at Kiddy Palace or Mothercare. And materials, is important to avoid heat rash, too hot/sweaty and discomfort. For myself, body products ill use Palmer's Cocoa Butter, Nivea,Vaseline. While the rest remains the same as per before pregnancy.
