Hi. I’m 7 weeks now. And feeling bloated and just simply uncomfortable. I don’t have appetites to eat either but I’m hungry. Yet the sight of almost any food makes me sick. How can I make myself feel better? #1stimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls
U still have to eat.. perhaps u can eat smthg soupy? That helps me a lot during first trimester. I eat porridge, mushroom soup, chicken soup etc.. small portion but i will force myself to eat 4 times a day..
