vomiting

Hi I'm 7 week pregnent. I always feel as vomiting. And also have constipation plz suggest what to do I'm working woman...I'm travelling by car is this ok to travel now a days

Better avoid traveling.. Constipation also causes due to heat.. Have pomogranate and musambi...
