Pregnancy Diet

Im 7 months pregnant po and ang timbang ko is nasa 58 kilos na. My OB told me na mag diet ang nadadagdag sa timabang ko every check up is around 5-10 pounds. Ano pong diet food ang magandang kainin? Esp at night po kase night shift po ako. And to add 5 months pa lang po ang tyan ko nag babawas nako ng rice. Thank you po sa sasagot. 😊#pregnancy #advicepls

Oatmeal. Less carbs and iwas sa sugary food/drinks. 😊 more on green, leafy vegetables para more fiber din.
