As you have already decided to travel, just note on the food and drinks you consume. Dun risk any food that is unhygienic and do at best eat at clean, reputable places. Stay hydrated with water (not milk tea) 😅 Also based on the latest updates on the air pollution in Bkk, it's still isn't good with the PM2.5 readings. So better to stay indoors as much as possible while there and mask up with N95, else normal mask whenever possible
Helllo! I was in my 6th week of pregnancy when I travelled to Phuket! All good! Just avoid street food and make sure your food is hot and thoroughly cooked when you receive it. If you are in a crowded area good to wear a mask! I only started first trimester symptoms (nausea and vomiting) when I return to Singapore.
I would personally wait until after first trimester to travel, when the pregnancy is more stable. If you have already booked, then don't worry too much. Eat cooked food, rest if you feel tired, and if there are any signs of bleeding contact your gynae. enjoy your trip!
I was in my 6th week when I travelled to Bangkok last week. I would say it depends on how you feel. I was lucky without morning sickness and was extra careful with street food (I still ate them but had to be very sure the food was cooked thoroughly).
Suggest not to overwalk too much coz it might lead to bleeding. Take rests when you need. B ur if it was me, i prob dun feel comfy enuf to travel.
Depends on whether u r considered a high risk pregnancy as some mummies may need a lot of bed rest. Best to consult your gynae.
Now you are at 6weeks is still not very stable. I would suggest after 3 months because your baby will be more stable.
1st trimester is when u will get morning sickness. u might not be enjoying the holiday.
yes why not. don’t eat raw or undercooked food, best not to eat street food
