Gestational Sac Position 6 Weeks

I'm 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I just had my trans v ultrasound and sabi ni doctor may nakita nman daw na development sa pregnancy ko kaya lang medyo mataas yung position nung gestational sac. Mas maganda daw sana Kung mas mababa. Tomorrow ko pa makukuha yung result pero bothered ako sa comment nung nag ultra sound sken and she couldn't discuss the findings kse nga bawal and I need to wait for the OB. I'm hoping and praying na it won't be a case of ectopic pregnancy. Though ang alam ko ang ectopic pregnancy ay sa may bandang fallopian tube na dedevelop which is nde nman kagaya nung sakin. Anyone who has the same experience? Kindly share please. I'm getting paranoid.
