cramps so painful cant sleep

im 5 weeks going to 6 weeks pregnant and have been having this painful cramp for 3 nights straight particularly in the night, no bleeding. anyone encounter this too? is this gas pains or something serious/bad? going to the doctor tomorrow but really worried 😢
