To add on, I have heard of cases where acupuncture did help in turning their babies. According to this article (http://www.madeformums.com/pregnancy/using-acupuncture-to-turn-your-breech-baby/20128.html), the best time for the treatment is between 34 and 36 weeks of pregnancy. The later you leave it, the smaller the chance of success. You can also try the following methods at home to help encourage your baby to turn: - Place cushion on the floor, lie with your hips elevated about 45cm above your head for a duration of 15 mins. Do this three times a day (better if you could do it when your baby is active) - Rock back and forth gently on your hands and knees with your buttocks higher than your head level - Stand with your back to the wall and relax your spine. Inhale deeply and press the small of your back against the wall as you do so. Exhale and repeat for five minutes. Do this several times a day. - play music or have your husband speak to the bottom of your belly - try visualizing your baby in the head-down position As with all suggestions, there is no guaranteed success. But I think these are worth a try.
