You may wish to consult your gynae/doctor to check on baby's position. Or if there's anything that they can help to minimise pain. Pelvic pain or pressure esp coming to third tri or during tri is common as baby's big and due to spain constrain. It can also be due to baby's position too. Some would recommend PN Massage but this depends on individual if there are comfortable.

i’m in the same week as you and experiencing the same thing. i asked my kkh gynae for a note to allow me to wfh. doesn’t require medical attention, just less movement that puts weight on the region.. the diagnosis is symphysis pubis dysfunction. you can google more on what treatment to do
