Baby on the bigger side and doc ask me to control my food
Hi, I’m 31 weeks and baby is already weighing at 2.2kg. Doctor ask me to control my food. I always do takeaway since we don’t cook at home. Can I know what do you ppl eat/snack on? Dilemma now. I don’t have GD

nuts! I find munching on nuts help to fill the stomach and feel less guilty. hehe for snacks, maybe can try: - nuts - boiled egg (for breakfast) - tomatoes, cucumber (personally like it cold from the fridge, satisfying to munch on sth crunchy!) - "plain" crackers (I personally like Hup Seng kind) - fruits (not mango/durian kind, but like papaya, kiwi, berries, apple) for food, try: - lesser fried foods - lesser gravy (anything lesser oil = lesser calories)
