Itchy legs and arms

I'm at my 27th week preggy... I've got itchy legs and arms and may brown and pink spots. Sometimes, it gets flaky when I scratch it real hard. Can I use some over the counter cream to make it vanish? I have no known allergy at all...

Better consult a dermatologist po. I have the same case. Niresetahan ako ng derma ng cream and lotion, and approved naman ng OB ko
