nasal congestion

Hi! I'm 23 weeks pregger, and I think I'm having anxiety attack whenever nag ko congest yung left nose ko. Umatake kasi sinusitis ko last January 2, itchy nose, sneezing, nasal congestion. Now I'm getting better except may time na nag ka clogged yung left nose ko so I had to use isang spray ng nasal decongestant spray. I took benadryl ah and nasal spray with ob's approval. may naka experience din ba dito ng ganito? na pag nag ka clogged yung ilong it gets hard to breathe of course and feeling ko nag anxiety attack na ako. nawawala naman after I use nasal spray. #pregnancy #advicepls
