Breastmilk

Hi . Im at 20wks 5 days now . And i just realise theres milk coming out . Isit normal ? Is there anything i should do ?

I once read it somewhere, mummies recommend don’t do anything, don’t squeeze it to prevent any infections. Let it be… :)

Mine too at 20wks. I leave it be. Just clean the nipples well.
