Im confuse

Im 1st time mom at 28 wks preggy. Im having bad cramps that is so painful. Tot coz of bad constipation. Went to KKH, doc said baby is fine so its ok. Only give me paracetamol. But im in pain. Sitting ,standing trying to poop everything i do my tummy had sharp gastric like pain. Im confuse. What sld i do coz its been nearly 5 days. 3 days MC over but pain still there. Anyone knoes what is it?
