It is normal that during pregnancy we get bloated easily. This is due to hormones and body going through changes where our womb expands with growing baby. To avoid feeling bloated, have small small meals, eat slowly, you can drink like sparkling water/100 plus to release gas in the body, never skip meals. Always ensure you have balance diet through this pregnancy. Reduce food intake like salt, sugary or junk food. You can have multiple meals in a day as long as it small meals.
