Movements or cramps?

Question

Im at 19 weeks and Im reading articles and posts everywhere about being able to feel movement at this stage. I do feel something but I cant tell if its baby or just random cramp. Am I that dumb? :( #noeducation #1sttimemom

I couldn’t tell before week 21 as well 😂 It was only after my detailed scan on week 20 where my sonographer taught me how to differentiate. You’ll be able to differentiate after a few more weeks. 😂
