Nirecommend ng OB ko kahit 2 cups in a week if hindi talaga kaya. Or kahit sip in a day ok rin daw, pwede rin decaf. Ako mahilig talaga sa black coffee before pregnancy pero never na po ako uminom nung nalaman kong preggy ako kahit sinabihan ako ni OB na ayos lang 😅

as much as posible iwas sana sa caffeine. pwede kasi mag cause ng palpitations sayo and other complications. pwede mo try na may something na kutkutin na finger foods like fruits and nuts just to keep you awake.
