Bleeding/blood/spotting

I’m 16weeks 4days today. I just went to the toilet and had a shock that that’s blood. I don’t know is bleeding or what. I didn’t have any tummy cramp. What happened? Is it common or normal? Anyone encounter the same issues as me before?

Bleeding is not normal at any stage of pregnancy. Spotting is only common in the early stage but not at 16 weeks. Do see your gynae and seek his/her advice.

I tink you should quickly see ur gynae. I had bleeding in late first trimester but was due to tear.
