Morning sickness starts at 13 weeks of pregnancy

I'm 13 weeks and two days pregnant, first time mom. During my first trimester i felt nothing, everything was normal. I started to fell uncomfortable just today because of nausea and vomiting. I'm now experiencing morning sickness today afternoon. Is it ok? Because I though this symptoms of pregnancy will experience during the 1st trimester and become slowly fell better.
