Upper abdominal cramps

Hi im 13 weeks pregnant. Recently my upper stomach near my chest experiencing cramps and pain. Should i be worried?

heartburn or gastric .. try pressing circular motion one finger below the pain area . stomach acid might gone up or air occupying ur stomach .
