Backaches and dizziness

Im 13 weeks and always feel backaches and dizziness. Worst is every morning when wakeup. Anybody feel the same?

Hi im 13 wks too, i get dizzy everyday and i keep puking. My pregnancy now is quite difficult than my previous one. Im hoping after 14 or 15 wks everything will get better.
