Hello! Im 10 weeks pregnant po, and have an office job work. Normal po ba makaramdam ng pangangalay ng balakang after sitting for almost 8hrs? Should I be alarmed po? Thank you!

i-alternate nyo po minsan, like every 20-30 mins tumayo naman po kayo and lakad lakad.

try to stand din po. bawal po Kasi matagal umupo at matagal tumayo
