Post natal binder (CS)

Hi ilang inches usually nagshrink ang belly after birth nababasa ko nagiging mga sukat ng 4-5months (32-35inches). Basis ko lang sana sa size ng binder.. Tapos baka may nakagamit na ng inay moments panty girdle? How was it? Thanks

Nagbinder ako for 2 months as instructed by my OB. Yes lumiit belly ko pero ang alam ko depende din sa diet.
