If your child was a vegetable/fruit, what would she/he be and why?
Mine would be an apple as he gives me strength and energy to keep going, also a source of happiness day by day that makes doctor away.
As we celebrate Nutrition Month, we have to give importance to the food we provide for our children. Including fruits and vegetables in their meals will surely make them grow healthier. Plus letting them be vaccinated will give them added protection to be away from sickness and diseases.
