If you have a confinement lady, do you still buy the 30 days tonic soup from medical hall & ask her to boil? Or do you just drink whatever tonic soup she prepares?

If it was me, since I hired an expert of sorts, I would just eat or take whatever she gives me. Would be too exhausted to think of other things haha! But if you're unsure, you could ask her if she'll be preparing the 30 day tonic soup for you. Maybe it's part of her plans and you'll save yourself the trouble having to boil a separate pot :)
