Baby is such a poor napper
If he’s ok playing, just let him not sleep?? Feel like such a failure, I must have cultivated bad sleep behaviour since he’s born. He’s 8 mo now
It’s ok they don’t take nap or take shorter naps during the day. Like my baby girl, she’s so active that even if she’s tired and sleepy she also don’t want to sleep. She rather play than sleep. When we tired to coax her to sleep, she will cry. So we decided to let her be. When she’s super tired she will automatically sleep. Otherwise you can try carry your baby and go down and walk 1-2 rounds, maybe it works in making him fall asleep. Then at night we will go in to the room earlier and give her last milk of the day and at the same time lights off. So after her last meal she will sleep. We don’t play with her at night, so that she will calm down and get ready to sleep.
