Hi, if im having gestational diabetes can i still drink coconut drink (to be precise the coconut drink brand is Cocoloco)?

I had GD. I was worried of the sugar in fresh coconut too. But surprisingly after drinking i measure my sugar level, it did not increase. So i drank alot after knowing its safe for me. U can test first. Everyone body reacts differently. All the best mummy!
