You can run the milk bag under tap water to thaw it faster. Or if it is too time consuming, you can thaw it in the fridge overnight. If you thaw milk bags directly, there is a chance that the milk bag will break. If it is in a bottle, it will take almost double the time as bottle are generally thicker.

The instruction manual says 1 hour and you've to set it to the thaw function.
