If ever ba manganganak ka na(normal), can you still feel the hiwa na gagawin ni doctor/midwife sa daanan ni baby? Does it really hurts?

as per experience po hindi ko naramdaman yung hiwa kasi tinurukan ako ng anesthesia, yung pagtahi ang naramdaman ko hehe
