the popular agencies are PEM and confinement angels. but i think got a few other agencies that you can recce at baby fair to find out more too. for pem, they said that if you choose a specific nanny, it is also not 100% guaranteed that the nanny will appear for your confinement, because the nanny might have last min personal reasons or fall sick, and back out of the assignment. hence they do not really recommend specific nanny.
