Transit into Packet milk

Hi, any idea if we can transit fully on packet milk now instead of having formula milk and packet milk? I have been giving my going 3years old daughter packet milk now, morning and night 1 time each. Not sure if we can do it or do they still need fomula milk?

Yes you can. Not necessary to have formula. They can transition to packet milk (fresh milk).
