34 weeks pregnant- Any suggestions of questions that I need to ask my obstetricians/ midwives before I give birth?

I have already thought of some questions that I need to ask but I want more ideas what I need to ask or to know about giving birth or when I am in labour already. I am a first time mom.

1. When do u want me to come into the hospital (how many mins apart should my contractions be) 2 will you honour my birth plan?
