Hi so I went under cesarean section and hirap na hirap ako umubo, but need to kasi I have phlegm. Please help

fluimucil yung tinake ko dati nung may ubo ako pang alis daw siya ng phlegm,kaso mahirap sis mag take pag di reseta ng dr. lalo kung breastfeed pa si baby..
