Can you tell the gender at week 17

I went for a scan recently at week 17 and the doctor was very sure it us a boy. Is this accurate? Will there be any chance of falsehood?

There’s a small chance of falsehood. Usually the detailed scan on week 20 would be more accurate!

Or week 19 correct. Cause the fetal anomaly / 2nd trimester scan occurs on the 19th week for some women
