switching from private to subsidise

i just went my first check up, my next one will be in feb. i’d like to switch to subsidise as i was shocked to receive my first medical bill. can anyone advice me please ? must i go to polyclinic for referral letter ? or talk to the doctor to downgrade ? or talk to the medical social worker? please help me thank you !#1stimemom #advicepls

You'll have to go to the polyclinic to get a referral letter. Best to go asap, as it might take some time to schedule you for the appointment.
