Anyone feel nauseous espcially at night

I am at week 15 coming to 16. Not sure why feel nauseous and headache especially at night. Below abdomen also like pulling sensation. Feel worry if this will carry on throughout 9 months.

I felt nausea until end of 20 weeks at night. I slept early at 8pm because I'm too tired. But after 18 weeks onwards, I felt better. Can't remb when, but 5 months onwards, everything got better and I eat very well.
