From my reading, it is suggested for the mommy-to-be to sleep on their sides starting from 3rd trimester. However, u might wanna consider to ‘train’ yourself sleeping on your sides earlier so that once you’ve reached third trimester, you don’t have any problem to do so. In addition, I find it is easier to get back ache if I sleep on my back during pregnancy. Maybe u can buy a good quality pregnancy pillow to aid your sleeping experience. All the best! 🤗

tidak boleh, berat bayi akan menghimpit saluran darah ke uterus. kalau saluran darah terhimpit, bayi tidak dapat oksigen. potensi untuk bayi mati dalam kandungan adalah tinggi.
