Did jumping jacks accidentally 25weeks

I was scrolling through tiktok and saw mummies in week 25 doing jumping jacks. I thought it's gonna be safe but my husband saw and stopped me, i recalled i jumped for roughly 20secs.. then we googled and found out it's not safe. Im not bleeding or having discharge rn, baby is still active as usual but my left pelvic have this slight aching. Not sure is it my baby is kicking or what, because he keeps kicking more on left side recently. I feel i failed terribly as a mother 😟😓 #25weeks #exerciseforpregnantwomen #jmpingjacks #ftm #helpplease

As a ftm, everything is new to use and we’re always learning every single day. During pregnant, best to do light exercises that does not include jumping, running or anything vigorous as it will affect baby. The aching might be because the pressure of baby + you jumped few times so kind of pushing pressure. Bt yes i always get aching on my left pelvic too, altho im not doing anything
