Progesterone

hi! I was prescribed progesterone 4/day but I stopped after taking the first dosage (02 caps) as my spotting stopped. is it okay if I stopped taking progesterone without consulting my gynae? am only seeing my gynae upcoming Thursday 😮‍💨

You shouldn’t stop. The purpose of progesterone is not to stop spotting but to stabilise the pregnancy. Spotting is only one of the many signs that pregnancy may not be stable.
