Planning Maternity-leave

I was planning to take or use my maternity leave once I gave birth.. I understand for question (b)(ii), if I state Yes then it means that I will take and use my ML 4 weeks (1 Month) before my child's date of birth, which my company suggested and which I DO NOT prefer.. So should I tick Yes for (b)(iii)? But I'm quite confused about what it says.. First time doing this and as a #1stimemom.. Any mums did this before? #pleasehelp #advicepls #1stimemom Have to fill this up and give it to my company soon..
