Hl leave

I was on Hl leave for 28 days for my varicose veins. After resting now it got better but if I start to stand or walk too long it pops out again. Even worst now im on my 29th week my both legs started to swell. Will my hl leave be extended? As I need to travel to work from amk to grandstand and walk the up slop. I'm also a toddler class teacher and I'm having difficulties bending, sitting, and moving about. And also by the time I go down to market to buy food and come back my legs are totally cramp.
