1st month of pregnancy

I just wanted to ask? if bleeding and having a abdominal pain during 1st month of pregnancy is normal? or it can lead to miscarriage?

Same here pero sakin 2x siguro yung unang spotting ay dahil ng implantation tas yung pangalawa na e medyo madami na yung dugo tumagos pa sya sa pants ko nagpacheck up agad ako ,yun nga niresitahan ako ng pampakapit kasi mahina kapit ni baby e . Skl pacheck up kana po agad agad.
