Have as much intercourse as possible. Doesn’t matter morning, afternoon... night 😅 Well, it works for me... and yea it’s best to sleep after sex usually after you had sex at night... just go to sleep straight. I don’t know how to explain but it’s easier for the sperm to flow in and do the job. Last time it took 10 months for me to get pregnant and then I tried the “sleep after sex” I got pregnant immediately. same with my second pregnancy too... did the same method
