Annoying neighbour

I just wanna vent out. I have a neighbour who clearly dont like us, we dont like them too. So i place a plastic box and my child's push trolley outside along the corridor. Very small objects and it does not block anything. I receive a letter from town council to remove those items. I know for sure it's them that call on us. How do i deal with that?

actually i think town council recently did a sweep around a lot of hdb areas. my friends and i also received notices

but it's super weird cos my other neighbours got caught a few months back and now this happens. we dont like them as much as them too but we mind our own business.
