Hi Kevin, These are all safe. Do note that sometimes, skin May get a little sensitive during pregnancy. Smells might affect mama differently too. So try a little out first and if everything’s ok then you’re good to go! Alternatively you could try essential oils like lavender and lemongrass which help relax mama and help her get the rest she needs too. Or alternate between the two! Mama is really lucky to have you do this for her! You’re doing a great job!
