For herbs I bought myself and give the list to the confinement lady to see if she need to add in anything. For meal ingredients, it's about $200-300 per week. We asked the confinement lady to inform what are the dishes and ingredients needed for the week and we did the marketing ourselves. Sometimes if I have cravings for certain food I will ask my family member to buy to add on.
